This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on DREVOA. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. RETURN PERIOD — 99-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

We offer a 99-day money-back guarantee.

You have 99 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


2. RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original packaging

  • With tags still attached (if applicable)

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

3. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

  1. Email support@drevoaofficial.com

  2. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

📦 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


4. REFUND OPTIONS (IF APPROVED)

If your return is approved, you will receive one of the following:

  • A refund (only for full-price items), or

  • A store credit (gift card)


5. IMPORTANT — SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

All sale items and promotional offers are final sale.

  • These items are not eligible for refunds

  • They may only be eligible for store credit, provided return conditions are met


6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional items (store credit only)


7. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

8. EXCHANGES

If you wish to change size, color, or model:

  1. Return the original item following the return process

  2. Place a new order for the desired item

⚠️ We do not offer direct swaps.


9. CANCELLATIONS

  • Full-price orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase for a full refund.

  • Sale or promotional orders are only eligible for store credit, even within the 30-minute window.


10. PREORDERS & RESTOCKED ITEMS

  • Preorders are final sale

  • Refunds are only possible after delivery

  • Delivery estimates may be extended by up to 15 days


11. EU 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw within 14 days.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused

  • In original packaging

  • With proof of purchase

📦 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


12. REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT TIMING

  • Full-price items:
    Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the return is received and approved.

  • Sale items:
    Eligible for store credit only.

13. UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If a package is not collected within 15 days, it will be returned and reshipped at the customer’s expense.

DREVOA ships worldwide.
Return conditions apply regardless of destination country.
